Our history
Since April 15, 1991, Heritage Kinnear's Mills has been dedicated to enhance the village's historic site Kinnear's Mills and pay tribute to the rich cultural heritage that its founders left behind. Kinnear's Mills Heritage also works to promote research and disseminate historical knowledge about the region.
Our activities
During the summer season, you can discover many attractions and activities on the historic siteDiscover the fabulous history of the Hautes-Appalaches townships in the 19th century, a territory settled by English, Irish and Scottish people who brought with them their customs, know-how, music and way of life. Visit the four churches (Methodist, Anglican, United and Catholic) all located on the same street corner.

This musical interlude is brought to you by Filid, a regional musical group. All the songs on this page are inspired by the history of Kinnear's Mills and Leeds Township.
